changing followers to authors

  I want to change a follower to an author, but can’t see how to do it because they don’t show up on my Users list.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to Invite them, either by email or by WordPress.com ID via the Users page.

  OK, I was able to delete all of the original invitations to them as Followers and then reinvade them as Authors… except for one. When I tried to invite him again, it said “this person is already associated with this blog,” but his invitation didn’t show up in my list anymore, so I couldn’t delete and reinvite. What should I do now?
