Changing Font Color?

    I need help changing my font color in the body text. I can’t figure out how to do it. I’ve looked up everything and feel like I’ve been going in circles whilst simultaneously bashing my head against the sidewalk.
    Explain it like I’m 5, please.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi, there you can change font color while you are writing your blog text.

    So hit add a post, then there are icons at the top of the input field where you type your blog. The last icon is a toolbar toggle. Click on that and you will get another drop down bar. You click on the underlined A for the text color.

    I hope this is what you are looking for.

    Hi there!

    You should be able to change the color of your body text with the following code:

    .entry-content {
    	color:red;
    }

    Assuming you have the Design upgrade (now Premium upgrade), you can add this CSS code by clicking on My Site > Customize. You should see the CSS section you can edit.

    Of course, you probably don’t want red for the text color. You can either type in basic color names. Or, if you want to customize it even more, you can use a color picker to find just the right color. For example, to change it to a customized teal(ish) color, the code would be:

    .entry-content {
    	color:#3DFFEC;
    }

    I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Have a good evening!
    -Danny

    I’ll try both of these. If it is really as easy as a drop down menu when I’m posting a blog I’ll feel very dumb.

    @meredythbyrd don’t feel that way. We all were there at one point while learning and working with WordPress. Before you know it you will be helping others on the board! Best of luck! Tina
