changing font color of text within post

  I cannot change the font color of the text within my post. I saw answer such as:
  Changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
  This option is just GONE from my row 2 visual editor…???

  When I go to your dashboard and click on Posts–> Add New and click the “toolbar toggle” button (labeled #16 in row one), the second row appears and I see the text button.

  Can you show me a screenshot of what you see when you do that?

  I was trying to edit a post, and that row had disappeared. I found the toolbar toggle button, and row two appeared! Thank you so much. Not sure why it did this all of the sudden…
