Changing font colour for mobile menu and drop down menu

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of building my website, and I can’t seem to change the font colour on my mobile menu. It is the awful pink.
Also, I added a blog section to my site and I have a drop down menu and I can’t seem to change the drop down background colour or font colour here either.
I am really no good at code – I have tried using codes I have found on google but no luck, I haven’t got the Pro wordpress either so not too sure if I can even change the code.
Please help. I was hoping to launch my site today.
