Changing font size and color of titel on welcome page

  I need to change the font size and color of the Title on the Welcome page. I wrote the title in the “General” page. What should I do now?

  In order to make those kinds of adjustments, you would need to purchase the custom design upgrade. You can read more about it here:

  Alternatively, if you don’t want to do that, you could review other themes to see if one suits your needs better.

  Can you give me some more information and a URL for the problem about a title on the “general” page? I’m not sure I understand.
