Changing font size in the comment box??

Can somebody help me out to increase the text size in the comment box. The text that appears in the comment box of my blog are to small to read comfortably.
As well how to put customize instructions to my viewers about the instruction of leaving comment in the top of the commentbox?
Please help me out..
