Changing font size in widget for theme Auto Focus

  I’ve created a menu widget on my sidebar for each post.

  However I’d like to adjust the font. Perhaps centering it or putting it as far over to the left as it can go, as well as adjusting the size and making it bold.

  Does anyone know the code for these things and which section I would place the code under?
