Changing fonts without another purchase?

  So I’m reading around and basically the only way to globally change a font in WordPress is to make yet another purchase.. This is starting to sound like a rip off. Is there any other way to do a very simple thing without making another purchase?

  Hi. You can actually use TypeKit to change the font for free. Also, not all themes have the same fonts. Here’s a useful chart:
