Changing footer text color, help! Additional CSS?

  My theme is pre-made but I’d still like to change the footer text color. Do I do this by editing the footer.php in the css editor in admin or can I do it from the additional css tab while on the site?

  What would the code be to do that? White is fine.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  What worked best for me when I edited certain text, I edited the css in the additional css tab while on the site, so the css tab under customize, I put the following css and it worked for me :)

  footer p{
  	Color: #000000 !important;
  }

  So, that code targets the paragraph(body) text by calling the “p” tag after calling the “footer” tag, so depending on the desired text element(s) you’re wanting to change, the tag must be called, links have their own tag (a), as well as the different header sizes, and many more. :)

  I hope that helps you in anyway! If it doesn’t, I can try to mitigate the concern further, just let me know!

  Oh forgot to mention! To set the color to white, the hex code to use is #ffffff :D
  So in stead of my #000000 use the white hex code.
