Changing free .wordpress.com url

  I have a blog: IsPaulLoco.wordpress.com
  I want to change url, but keep all the posts.
  I want IsPaulLoco to be a secondary URL
  I want to use the free WordPress.
  What are the step I need to take to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to get a custom domain, you have to purchase one of the paid plans as stated by fstat.

  Alternatively, you may change your blog address but it will not make IsPaulLoco a secondary URL. This is 100% free.
