Changing from a wordpress.com to a .com
-
I changed from a wordpress.com to a .com yesterday and have difficulty accessing my page. I cleared the cache and cookies. Other people have not had a problem accessing the page from my Facebook page. I also created another blog and went to preview and it stated that I did not have permission to view a draft. Can you help me?

It is getting stuck in the “waiting for r-log in” and will go back to elkstudiohandcraftedcrochetdesigns.com then it will go back to the r-log in and just repeat the cycle.

Hi there,
That actually sounds like you may not have third party cookies allowed on your browser!
If you could go to this page:
And make sure that they are enabled (and working), and if not follow the directions to turn them on, that might solve the issue!

They were already enabled. When I try to click on the main page, it goes through this process. If I leave it on the page after about 30 minutes or longer it will eventually display the main page. As far as viewing the preview of a post, it still will not allow me.
It has to be something on my end because I am still getting traffic to my blog. I just don’t know what else to do. Any other suggestions?

Also, I have no problem viewing my dashboard or stats pages. I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Hi there,
When you are attempting to do your preview, is it saying:
“You do not have permission to preview drafts?”
If so, this is likely related to an issue which we’ve been working on. Let me know if that is the error which you’ve been getting and I will add it to our list of examples for our developers!
