    My payment is due to renew my blog. I want to close it and start a new site for my mm emoirs/shórt stories.

    Hi there,

    I see that the charge has gone through for meememoirs.com. I can definitely cancel the domain subscription for you and issue a refund.

    So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site

    Thank you so much, I have got in a right mess due to being very unwell (no virus) at the moment. I wish to cancel the two new subscriptions for the new web site meememoirs.com and.comand the memoirs.

    Secondly, I am due to renew My Parkinsons diary.blog @ $22 but dont want to continue the diary as is due to physical and visual constraits. Instead I want to put some of my short stories in the space I am renewing if I can change the title? Sorry, I have been with WP for Years but things are getting too complicated now,  hate to admit. I would greatly appreciate your advice and help regards Eunice

    On May 11th we sent refunds your way for both charges of A$24.00 and A$60.00. It could take up to ten days for those funds to reach you.

    The other site that you’re looking for must be registered to a different account. We can help you find that. Do you know the link or site address of the site that you’re wanting to edit? Please share. Thanks, and stay well :)

    Thanks team. WordPress is the best! My existing blog is https://my parkinsonsdiary.blog. It is due for renewal but I want to change it or cancel, thanks.

    I got it. Can you sign out of the account that you’re using and then sign back in under the auntyeuni user account? We need to hear from you under that account to process any requests.

    That upgrade is not set to renew until next month. We can remove the upgrades and then you can continue on the free version of the site at myparkinsonsdiary.wordpress.com. Is that what you’re looking to do?
