changing from blog to website

    Changing your blog to a website is relatively easy. Essentially, your wordpress.com site can be anything you want it to be. Typically, a blog uses posts, whereas a website will use pages. For example, if you were blogging, you would create a new post every time you wanted to write a blog post, as opposed to creating pages for different parts of your website.

    I would say that the best place to start would be to create a homepage for your website. Use a page and style it up for people to see when they visit your site. From there, you can add additional pages and create a menu so that viewers can navigate to that page.

    Hello,
    I began my site with articles (only photos + title) with cubic theme and now I would like to put the photos in the pages I have created with orvis theme without having to erase all and begin again.

    From what I can see on your site, right now it is the Twenty Sixteen theme. Have you activated a different theme?

    In any case, if you are just interested in changing the theme, all of your content will stay the same when you change it. It may move around depending on the chosen theme, but it will all be there.
