changing from private to public

  I set up a second blog (rjbmovieindex.wordpress.com) to act as an index to posts into my first blog (rjburati.wordpress.com).

  I initially had it set the new one to private and when it worked correctly changed it to public.

  When I try to link to it from Facebook it says it’s still private. I cleared my browser cache. The first blog link fine from Facebook. I’ve been through the settings about 100 times. What am I doing wrong?

  This happens when your site has ever been set to Private. You need to follow these instructions:
