Changing from private to PUBLIC viewing

I need to change my profile from being private to public. When I go to the help section it says go to “settings” and then go to “reading.” That is not an option under settings. When I asked the question again it said to go to “site visibility” but that is also not easy to find. Could you please help me? I need to change is asap. Thank you.

That is not the correct section. where you have to change the settings.
