Changing from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I’ve been advised to change my existing .com site to .org. I see on your site you offer to do this for us, which is great. But it looks as if we have to sign up to a hoster such as Bluehost first, for three years, is that correct? Just wanted to make sure before dishing out a heap of £££.

  There aren’t any minimum requirements for hosting setup through the Guided Transfer service — there are packages available for less than 3 years. If you are looking at the Bluehost site directly, they may offer slightly different packages or deals — that could explain why you are only seeing a three year option.
