Changing from WordPress to Blogger

    I currently write a blog on the WordPress platfom (theglitterlife.wordpress.com). I would like to change it over to Blogger (theglitterlifeblog.blogspot.com). We purchased our domain name via WordPress (www.the-glitter-life.com). How can I import my existing wordpress blog into the blogger platform?

    I know there are articles on this but frankly I find them very confusing.

    Hi there – we’re sorry to see you go!

    You can export your site’s content under Tools > Export. Choose “Export” – not “Guided Transfer.” The export file you create will contain your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. Here’s more information about exporting your site.

    Once you have generated your export file, you’ll need to import it on the Blogger side.
