Changing from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

    Hello,
    I am trying to change my site to a self host worpress.org site. I have bluehost and did the 5 min installation but when I click on my sites admin page it still comes up with my wordpress.com admin dashboard.

    I have read that I need to go into my dashboard for the domains in my wp.com account and change DNS to point to my new hosting company. But I have no idea how to do this, can anyone help me?
