Changing header color

    I would like to change the color of my blog header to black. When I go to the Customizer and click on Site Title/Tagline, as it says to on the support site, there is no option to change the color–only to change the title and add a sub-title. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix this?
