Hi There,
Options for color customization are limited on free WordPress.com websites. Within the Customizer > Colors & Backgrounds section you are able to change the solid colors of your background or choose from the available Palette sets to change your menu and background colors.
As the capability is limited and if such an option is not available then you can use custom CSS on a Premium or higher plan, which gives you the ability to add custom CSS.
Once you have a plan then go to My Site → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the below CSS:-
#masthead .site-branding a, #masthead .site-description, #masthead .search-toggle a, #masthead .jetpack-social-navigation a, .testimonials .entry-content p, .testimonials-header, .testimonials .entry-header {
color: blueviolet;
}Instead of blueviolet provide the color or the hexcode you wish to use.
Hope this helps!
