CHanging header font/picture?

  I think I’ve decided on the Quentin theme for my blog.
  I was wondering if it is possible to change the font for my blog title and/or add a picture across the header?
  I couldn’t figure it out :/

  Yes, but only if your have CSS editing experience and are prepared to pay for an annually renewable upgrade and do the work yourself. Since there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, I recommend that you don’t buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS because you must be prepared to do the work on your own.

  If you are considering purchasing the upgrade, you can go to Appearance > Edit CSS. There wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try before you buy.

  Thanks! I went with a different theme with a customizable banenr. I know only a TEENY bit of HTML, and i really don’t want to get into all that!
