changing header image

  I am unable to change my header image. The change is shown in Preview, but it does not reflect on my home page. Could you please advise what I should do? Thank you.

  Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Header
  http://ayumitakenaka.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header
  and upload a header of 1000 x 288 pixels

  Thank you for your reply. I have been trying to follow the procedure: Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Header
  But I cannot change anything, even to the images provided by WordPress. The change is properly shown in Preview. But after saving the change and refreshing the page, it does not reflect on my Home Page. I cannot change the current header at all.
