Changing Header Image

    I am trying to change my header photo for my home page under the Gateway theme. I have looked up the instructions and followed them, but I am still unable to change the photo. I have tried to upload a 9379 × 3580 photo and a 1600 × 1200 photo after cropping them. The header photo changes under the about tab, but not the home page. Is this because of the theme, photo, or something else?

    Hi there,

    I wasn’t sure if you meant you have looked through the theme support for Gateway, or for uploading images in general.

    Within that link it states…

    Abstract and decorative background images will work best as Custom Header images. The recommended header size for Gateway is 2560 pixels wide by 640 pixels high.
