changing header photo on blog

  Hi, I have followed all advice on the site as to how to change header but cannot for the life of me find the links on my page. I go to WP admin then my site (there is no ‘my sites’) and there is nothing which says customise or header or anything?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
