changing header size (blissful blog)

  I would like to make the size of my header smaller, no matter the size of the image I upload, it does not change the size of the header, it just makes the image blurry.

  My goal-
  On my front static page, I would like the header (my small design logo), then underneath my designer name and then below that an large image of my work.
