    Hi there!

    The theme you’re using doesn’t have a builtin way to change the header text, however, it’s possible to do this with some custom CSS. If you’re not familiar with CSS, it’s a coding language that’s used across the web to change the appearance of websites. You can read a little more about how it works with WordPress.com here:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#custom-css

    To add custom CSS, you firstly need to go to My Sites in WordPress.com, select the site you wish to change, and then choose the option to Customize In the left sidebar. You’ll reach what’s known as the WordPress.com Customizer. Here’s a direct link to the Customizer for youngpeopleinsight.com:
    https://wordpress.com/customize/youngpeopleinsight.com

    From here, click on the CSS tab. Below the introductory text in the resulting editor, copy and paste the following CSS to change the colour of the header text:

    .site-title a, .site-title a:hover {
    color: #3ebfbb;
    }

    You can switch the value for colour with a different hex code. You can find hex codes and their corresponding colours through various different online resources, including the following:
    http://www.color-hex.com/

    Hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have extra questions on that.
