changing headings on blog page

  Hi. I would like to get rid of ‘the Journey Begins’,’thanks for joining me’ the Izaak Walton quote and the photo. I would also like to change the page label from ‘blog’ to articles. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi There,

  To delete the the default first post ‘The Journey Begins’ follow these directions.

  -Click on My Site
  -Click Blog Posts
  -Click the 3 dots next to that post
  -Click Trash

  To change Blog to Articles:

  -Click on My Site
  -Click Customize
  -Click Menus
  -Click on your menu
  -Click Blog
  -Change Navigation Label to Articles
  -Click Publish
