Changing height of sub-page banner image

  I would like to make the size of one of my sub-page banners taller in height. I do not see any previous custom CSS that would be interfering with this and I am not seeing potential CSS that I can add to do this. Really appreciate the help. The link to the page/image that I am referring to specifically is this;
