Changing horizontal bar "pages" to display "categories" instead

  I am using the Adelle theme.

  There is a black, horizontal bar displayed just below my header. It lists PAGES such as “about, craft, dine, travel” etc.

  I do not want this horizontal bar to display pages. Rather, I want it to display my CATEGORIES. (all called “craft, dine, travel” etc. ) I want the look of the horizontal bar to remain the same, with the same names, but I want to be able to click on the categories and see all related posts under that category.

  How can I achieve this?
