Changing host for my WordPress site

  Hello, I want to change my host to WordPress and keep the same content and url so no changes. My current host is Media Temple. What is the easiest way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To move your self-hosted content to WordPress.com, follow the directions in:

  Good directions for exporting your site from your hosting provider are at:

  Keep in mind that if your site is large, you will need a plan (https://wordpress.com/pricing/) with enough storage space to hold all your content
