Changing Hosts

  I recently purchased the domain name NBAblogtalk.com from WP; then I realized that I would have to use a different host to put ads on the site. So I purchased and transferred the domain name to Hostgator, but it seems I cannot upload new files to change the page. Is there a step I have to do in order to give me full power of altering the URL on Hostgator?

  If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.
