Changing hosts

  Hi everyone – I have to change from Bluehost to a new host dues to costs. Can anyone direct me to a resource which explains how this process happens?

  Hi –

  Basically, you’ll sign up with your new host and then point your domain to them. Since your site isn’t connected with WordPress.com I’ll direct you to the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

  The recommended WordPress hosts are at https://get.wp.com/

  I want to mention that there are 2 versions of WordPress. Your site uses the WordPress installation, rather than WordPress.com (here). If you’re interested in WordPress.com then I can help you move things over here. There’s not any additional hosting fees and we also offer support through email and live chat.
