Changing how 'Blog' looks

  I’m using the Shoreditch theme and I was wondering how to make my blog page look like the one on the template website. (Here: https://shoreditchdemo.wordpress.com/blog/) Specifically how can I add the three posts gallery on the top of the page and how can I have older posts hidden unless something is pressed.
