Changing image size before uploading to a post

  I have posted just over 200 posts and have been able to select the size of the photo from my files. Just yesterday the option to select the photo size has disappeared and now the files won’t load because they are trying to load them as original size. Is there anyway I can get back the option to select the size of my photo file?
