Changing image size in plugin.

I’m working with a plugin called “ChatBro” which enables presenting a group chat on a WP site. I would like to change the user avatar images from the default size which is 32px by 32px to a larger image at 50px by 50px.

I’m not trained in code writing. But, in the past I have had some success in modifying HTML, CSS and even a little PHP. However, in many of the available themes featured on WordPress currently, the CSS barely resembles the older CSS style sheets with which I’m accustomed to working. The theme I’m using on this little project is called “Slightly”.

Changing the size of an avatar when it’s rendered on the site seems simple enough, but I just can’t get it done. I’m now struggling to make even the simplest modifications. I’ve tediously gone through the plugin’s CSS page, but I’m not seeing anything that looks like it’s associated with “user avatar” images; specifically size.

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

    Hi there:

This is the support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com. I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here so we would need to know the URL of the site before we can best advise.

However, you should reach out to the plugin developer for “ChatBro” to get their help in changing the items you want. Since they developed the plugin, they’ll be the best ones to advise how to change those avatars. You can reach them here:
