Changing Image Without Updating URL

  Hi,

  I’d really like to be able to update/change an image *without* changing the URL of the image.

  For example, the image has the URL below attached with it:
  https://clubpenguinmountains.files.wordpress.com/2018/01/cadence-tracker-offline.png

  If I was to try deleting it and uploading a new one, the image would still be the same but the URL would be different, which is very frustrating. Is there any solution?

  Hi there,

  There is no way to do this, no. When you delete an image a record of the image URL is still kept in our database, and we never remove that completely, so that exact URL can never be re-used.
