Changing language of subscription management page

    My blog’s main language is French. So all my email subscribers are French. However, when they click on the “manage your email subscribtions” (in French: “Gestion des souscriptions”) at the bottom of their email, they’re led to an English webpage.

    That isn’t very helpful for many of them. Is there a way for me to make that default page be in French? I know if they open a WP.com account, they can change the interface language. But 99% of my traffic is non-wp people.

    I would greatly appreciate help here! Thanks ahead.
