Changing layout of blog posts

    Hi,
    I want to change the layout of my blog posts from listing all of the posts in chronological order (they are too difficult to find because you have to scroll until you find the post you want to view) to a grid of photos with a short description. I want users to be able to click on a photo to go to the full post.

    I already have 16 existing posts so is this possible without starting from scratch?
