changing licence

  Hi,
  In oktober I upgraded my free wordpress licence to the personal licence. Today I wanted to install a plugin. I realized this wasn’t possible with the personal licence. I thought I needed to upgrade to the premium licence, and I did. After paying I realized I needed the business account. Because there are no benefits for me to have the premium account I cancelled my order and wordpress immediately refunded my paiment. Only, by cancelling my premium account I also lost my licence for the personal account. But I need the personal account and paid for it. What can I do to get my personal licence back without paying again for a new licence? (since I already paid for a year in oktober).
