Changing Link Color
-
Hello!
I was wondering if it was possible for me to update the color of my links without upgrading. I’m not looking for any serious CSS updates, currently, as all I’m trying to do is make my link color more visible as a link.
The theme I utilize is Karuna, and the link is https://phlevel.wordpress.com/
Thank you for your help!

Hi, @phlevel,
Not on topic: Okay, got sucked into your blog a bit (13th doctor reveal…tells daughter). On Topic:
Since you don’t want to use CSS,
Here is pic of how I believe you may change the color (set by the theme, though), so that you may see the thinks.
https://cloudup.com/cBTxZ3_1ZcVPlease excuse my poor circles (used a mouse to do that). They make me laugh.
You get here by My Sites –> Customize –> Colors and Backgrounds.
In the screenshot, I’m fairly certain you are using the Red Circled palette. – it is what my sample page is using and you can’t tell the link is there.
If you change it to the Blue circled palette, you will have blue links.
It will, however, make your background a bit more grey, though. To fix that, click on the Green circled area, and then scroll down and choose your own, black color (that you currently have).
Let me know how this works for you.

Hey Christine!
Thanks for the love on the blog. I’ve worked really hard to push WP.com to its limits design-wise to build out something fun and interesting with the things I love. :)
I tried your suggestion by adjusting the palettes and it didn’t quite work the way I was looking for, unfortunately. I’m looking to keep everything the same, but just update the link color to the lime green I’m using throughout the rest of the site. Looks like I may have to upgrade to get the CSS editor, unfortunately.
Thanks for your help! :D
