changing link color

    Hello,
    I am using theme Dara. Unfortunately, the color of the links are nearly the same as for the normal text. Is there a way to change it?

    I just tried using this to change the link and hover colors in Baskerville 2 and it did nothing. Is there something I’m missing? https://donwings.com

    dwinger76 – CSS varies from theme to theme; this post is about Dara.

    This CSS should change most of the links in Baskerville 2:

}

    Because CSS is theme-specific, it’s always best to start your own thread in the CSS Customization forum when looking for help with CSS. If you need further CSS assistance, please start a new thread there, so we can keep the code needed for the two themes more separate and clear. Thanks!

    Hi, I just tried the code you provided for the Dara theme, because I’m having the same issue with links not standing out from the rest of the text. The code didn’t work for me. Is there a specific place I should copy and paste it? Thanks!

    CSS is generally quite theme-specific, so what works in one theme may not work in another. The CSS I gave earlier is for Baskerville 2, not Dara. This code should change the colour of links in Dara. I’ve included a button class as well, so you can keep the button link colour white.

  color: #ffffff;
}

    Custom CSS goes in the Custom CSS panel in the Customizer. Custom CSS is available with the Premium or Business plans.
