changing links color

I am new to WordPress and I’m a little surprised that there doesn’t seem to be a way to change the color of my links within posts. I also blog on Squarespace and Blogger and you can change hyperlinks color on each of those platforms. Can you not do this with WordPress or am I just not finding it? I searched the forums and can’t find anything. I’m using the theme Tarski.

I didn’t want to have to manually change the links color for every post, though, using the visual editor. I wondered if there was a “setting” where you could stipulate which color you want all links in your posts to be.

That feature only exists on certain themes (such a Vigilance):
