Changing log in

While working on my site, repeated appeals to upgrade made me momentarily stop what I was doing and click on update. Almost immediately I was asked to log in and when I dod (with the name and passwords I have in my system, I was told that neither my email or my log-in name or my password were recognized. So I said: OK, I’ll change my password. But of course you have to log in to do that. And the system doesn’t recognize me.
Can anybody help me out there?

Hey there, unfortunately the site isn’t hosted here with us. Can you contact your host to see what they recommend? Here’s how you can change your password manually if needed (but this can be advanced, so if you’re not comfortable please ask your host for help!)
