Changing login info / deleting users adding users/ update credit card info

  I’ve taken over as webmaster for a website. I have access to bluehost but cant update wordpress. No live help to talk to.

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (which I expect) rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
