Changing login settings to view blog publically
-
I know this seems like it should be easy, but I’m running into difficulty. At the blog http://www.wcwblog.wordpress.com I want people to be able to see the blog without logging in. Simple enough, I say. I’ve checked all the FAQ’s and the Forum, got all the settings (I think) correct, yet on a different computer I can’t view the blog without logging in.
Any ideas out there?

When I try to go to your blog, I get a login screen that says this:
“To view this page, you need to log in to area “Protected” on worldclasswines.typepad.com.“
Somewhere in your blog, you have linked to an image or something at the typepad blog that is protected.

This is the image that is protected at typepad: http://worldclasswines.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/2008/03/21/dsc07123_2.jpg

By the way, there isn’t a “www” in any wordpress.com blog name. In your case, the “wcwblog” replaces the “www.”

Thank you for the replies. I got the problem solved and now I’m happily in the wordpress world instead of the typepad world. I appreciate the input.
