Changing logo file in theme editor
-
The logo for our WordPress website seems to be stored in our custom theme in the theme asset files: assets/img/svg/logo.svg
When I click on this file within the theme editor, it just gives me a window to edit code, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to easily change this image file with a new one.
How can I change the logo image for our website it if is in the theme editor?
Thanks!

Also, I tried exporting SVG code for the new logo and pasting it into this window and saving it, but that did not do anything. Do I need to FTP to this file somehow? Thanks

Hello,
You want to change your site’s logo but it’s inside the theme editor and there is no way to replace the old logo with a new one, is that correct?
If yes, then can you share a screenshot of the theme editor where your current logo is located?
