Changing Main Gravatar featured in tabs and as image when posting my link

  I changed the gravatar to my blog, but when I post the link and in the top of the tab the old photo remains. How can I change that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there. You mention posting your link…are you referring to posting on Facebook?

  If so, Facebook maintains a cache of images used for your posts in the past. If they haven’t cleared their cache recently, your old image might still be used.

  Run your site through the Facebook debug, and let me know if your Gravatar appears properly the next time you post:

  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

  I am seeing this appear as your Gravatar on your site:
  http://en.gravatar.com/stonybrookmeadowsonline
