Changing margins on images with captions on the different pages

I’m doing an online portfolio and would like to change the margins between the samples with captions, the captions are shown between the images and could be confusing. I want to create more space between the bottom of the caption and the top of the next image.

I’m totally new to this so sorry if I’m not making myself clear.

That’s not the blog I’m talking about, it has nothing to do with it. I just want to know how to change the margins, as I said in the original post. My web site is a self hosted site. As I’m sure you already know this is a coding issue.

Our answers are WordPress.com specific and Theme specific. All themes here have different features. So it you will not provide the URL for the site in question, and we cannot see it, and cannot see which theme you have up, and what you have already done, then no coding solutions are going to be provided here on the forums. In that case do not despair you can get Staff support when they reactivate this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

It would be .org. I just need to know if I can change the margins. And, how to do it, cause I’m on my own on this and don’t know much about HTML.
