Changing media URL's

  Hi there

  I’ve had a travel blog whilst I was in Australia but am now back home and wanting to move forward with my blog in a different way and wanted to change the name. It was jkatwilson.wordpress.com but I didn’t like my name in the title. I’ve managed to change this via wordpress and set up a site redirect and that is all good.

  Everything looks fine on my posts but when I click on full size media images not all of them appear which seems odd to me as they were all uploaded to jkatwilson.wordpress.com. Can someone explain why some of them seem to have changed to scottishfootprints.wordpress.com in the media url but others are still jkatwilson.wordpress.com? I see that I can’t seem to change this myself. How do I change the ones that don’t appear full size to Scottish footprints? All the forums seem to suggest I need a plugin. Do I need to change my url to a wordpress.org to be able to fix this?

  The thumbnails are fine for my reference on the blog but I just don’t like the idea of someone clicking on one of them and it saying 404 not found.

  I’m not too good on technical programming or even know how to use a plugin so would be grateful for any help with this!
