Changing menu background colour

  Hello

  Website in question is http://www.arganregionholidays.co.uk.

  I would like to change the background colour of the primary menu including the menu title from black which appears on the mobile version of the website. I’ve tried so many different combinations of CSS I’m out of ideas.
